Karnataka Private Medical Establishment Act is an amendment to the existing KPME Bill that intends to bring the PMEs under the preview of the government to promote quality health care Every Private Medical Establishment needs to register in KMPE portal by entering the establishment details and making the payment depends on the category of establishment to get the KPME License Certificate. Karnataka is one of the pioneering states to provide comprehensive Health Care and a delivery system consisting of curative, preventive, promotive, and rehabilitation health care, to the people. All Private medical establishments need to register and get the License Certificate.   • 2. Partnership deed or MOA / AOA/ Incorporation Certificate and PAN card
  • 3. Office: Rental Agreement, EB, Katha Extract, Tax Paid Receipts
  • 4. Bio Medical Waste Management MOU
  • 5. All Doctors: KMC certificate, Address proof, Pan card, Photo, degree certificate- ug & (if PG).
  • 6. Fire Safety NOC
  • 7. Pollution Control Board NOC.
  • 8. Front view-1, clinic inside view-1, rate display view-1, beds picture, therapy room inside views picture, additional important pictures
